July 2026 – 5 star REVIEW from Paea at South Maclean –
“ One of the best pool builders in the business!!! – I went into the process unsure if it was even possible for us to have a pool in our narrow space, since we have very limited access and a retaining wall holding up our land where the pool would go… but here we are, the wife and All Pools Oz proved me wrong.
Kids are over the moon and enjoying a few swims already despite the cold weather 🤣 Bring on summer! We are ready! Thanks Steve! My wife speaks very highly of you, Leisa and the trades you work with. We are very happy!”

October 2025 – Brought our design and vision to life
“From the very beginning, All Pools Oz were incredibly efficient and responsive. Throughout the entire process, they kept us well informed and answered all of our questions with ease. During construction, Steve’s expertise and knowledge really stood out, helping us bring our design and vision to life exactly as we had hoped.
We’re extremely happy with the final result, and the aftercare has been fantastic. They have continued to provide support, helping us get our pool set up and maintained. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Steve and Leisa to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company to build your pool!” Carly Hooper.
February 2025 – A great bonding experience with our grandbabies
“We had our pool built by ALLPOOLS OZ, and I cannot highly enough recommend Steve and his team. From the very beginning, from drafting the design to handover, Steve was on top of everything and answered any concerns I may have had. The whole process was smoothly executed on time and with awesome workmanship. Thank you, Steve, Leisa and the team, for taking such good care of this old bird. We have been enjoying our pool this summer and it’s been a great bonding experience with our grandbabies. Thank you again 🙏 milenamolnarmuncan “

“We are returning customers to All Pools Oz after upsizing from our previous house.
When it was time to find a pool builder for our second home and having had such a high-quality pool built by Steve previously, we didn’t bother with other quotes or companies, we just went straight back to All Pools Oz
Remember that you are building a concrete pool, so there may be delays due to weather or cost blowouts due to rock, that is the risk with building anything. However, you can rest assured that Steve and Leisa will take care of you the whole way and build you an amazing, high-quality, fully customisable pool and a very reasonable price.
Steve and Leisa are honest, trustworthy and reliable. We have referred All Pools Oz three times so far, and on every occasion, our friends have signed a contract with Steve and Leisa.”
Courtney Jones – May 2024
Highly recommend Steve and his company All Pools Oz. His build crew did a fantastic and pristine job! Couldn’t fault the build experience and it was really seamless with no stress, no issues or dramas. Steve and Leisa were amazing to work with, they were accommodating, informative and prompt with communication, giving us the time of day to talk through decisions and answer all of our questions. Steve’s a top bloke, down to earth and so easy to get along with and work with. He’s got great friendly customer service.

“Steve is still providing us with ongoing support. We are so glad we went with All Pools Oz “- Yo Sefa Tofiilay from Collingwood Park
MOUTH WATERING – this gorgeous 7×4 m Collingwood Park Swimming Pool with a 3×1.5m wading area has bubbler jets all around. You can’t miss the 7-metre feature wall with 2x900mm sheer descent waterfalls, multi-coloured led lights on the waterfalls, and 2 more in the pool with remote control. The feature wall has air blowers in the sun deck area. You could live in this pool!! – Full-length benches on both sides, and a heat pump so this family are swimming right now!
But what’s most important is what the pool owners think – Yo Sefa Tofiilay from Collingwood Park – to All Pools OZ 22 August 2023 6.08 pm We had been shopping around for a pool for a while. We enquired with a few pool companies; however, All Pools OZ were hands down the most genuine to deal with. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted in a pool, but we were also quoted a lot better than the other companies. We received the best service and communication throughout the process from start to finish, and the thing is – it doesn’t end there, Steve is still providing us with ongoing support. We are so glad we went with All Pools Oz. Huge thanks to Steve and his crew, we absolutely love our pool ! “

Home has become our Holiday – Maddison Powell.
“We always wanted the Infinity style pool to suit our hill and best utilise the space. Steve from All Pools Oz answered me straight away and stayed in contact, and answered my every question; where others didn’t. We instantly knew from meeting him on day one, that he would be the one to build our pool; and from the get-go, he went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
Steve arranged for us to see some local pools so that we could make a decision on pebble-crete or glass, and on the range of colours. He was very honest on the timeline, but also managed to exceed our expectations each time; starting in mid-July rather than mid-August, and pebble-creting days before we expected.
From start to finish, that is from the dig – to fill; only took 6 weeks and 1 day. My husband and the kids have already been swimming, and our two-year-old daughter loves paddling. We had only just filled the pool, and my husband was working in the garden, and he took a big celebratory bomb dive!
Just looking at the pool makes us happy. We cannot recommend Steve and the All Pools Oz team highly enough, they made everything so easy!
Not a single fault or problem, and given that my husband starts his own business this week, and vacations might be few and far between now, we agreed “ let’s do something where home becomes our holiday. “
Could not be happier with our new pool. MASSIVE thank you to Steve and the team at All Pools OZ
Concreting and fencing still to come, but could not be happier with our new pool. Massive MASSIVE thank you to Steve and the team at All Pools OZ for the incredible work they did, hand on heart amazing team of people. Absolute pros, genuinely care and made the whole process an enjoyable one. To get the pool in after the weather we’ve had was an incredible effort. Can’t wait to start making memories with the kids , Louise & Graeme Snow
Courteous, Punctual & People Of Their Word……
Steve arrived on time to look at our project and provided a same-day quote. After excavations, he and his small team had the pool installed, inclusive of lights and pump within 24 hours. We filled the pool and had it pumping the next day. We could not believe how quick and painless All Pools Oz were to deal with. We contemplated installing it ourselves and are so pleased that we did not as we could never have achieved this result…..HIGHLY recommend these folk to anyone wanting a pool install…..Russell & Connie – Shailer Park – Brisbane
“Uncomplicated, speedy and great follow up ! “
Di Weston from Manly loves her new pool ! “ It is a completely new installation. It’s an inground pool, 7m x 3m in an oval shape, lovely fresh and blue, ready for swimming right now if you’re brave enough! By the September school holidays, I expect to have my grown up kids and granddaughter splashing about having fun. When I rang AllpoolsOz, I told Steve I wanted everything uncomplicated, and taken care for me , so I didn’t have to think it through, I have no time for that. I can’t believe how quick it was, Allpoolsoz dug the hole and installed the pool. It’s an above-ground pool but situated in the ground, so really affordable and strong. The Council have approved it, and it actually took longer to fill the pool with water than to build it !
Steve installed saltwater chlorination and installed a timer, it’s just set and forget now. He is awesome, a genuinely lovely guy,. They always kept in contact with me via text message which is my preference, then when they cleaned up after themselves, and I thanked them, they told me they always like to leave the site as it was; but actually – it was left cleaner than before !!
I’ve just had a house built as well, and may I say, none of those tradies were interested in us after they were paid, whereas Steve is always available, answers me and helps us out. Very, very happy, thank you AllpoolsOz. “ Di Weston.
“So happy with our new pool”
We would highly recommend Steve and his team from All Pools Oz. From our initial meeting where he offered a free no obligation quote, we felt confident we had found a person we could trust to take on such a big project, having never had a house with a pool. From planning through to excavation and build Steve was available to answer questions, ensured we were clear which tradesman would be on site and when. The work was carried our professionally and smoothly. We are so happy with our new pool, a place to enjoy time with family and friends.
Yours, Lisa Dawson
“Pool Experience – very positive “
“This afternoon Steve Carter and his wife Leisa of All PoolsOZ, finished the repairs/ replacement of the above-ground pool here. He used the replacement parts which Classic Pools supplied at reduced price (under pro rata warranty). We have to compliment Steve, his wife Leisa and another Steve (N. 2) on their professionalism. They were very conscientious and business-like in going about their work.
Steve Carter is exceptionally well-spoken, and courteous and respectful, with great communication skills. Steve was very soothing when he discovered the rails sent were of the wrong size. He reassured us that it could all be fixed and that he would juggle his other jobs and quote-giving commitments, and gave us reasonable timelines as to when he could re-order the water trucks and cement/crusher mix and ultimately finish the job.
He then went to the warehouse to hunt down the correct rails with a minimum of fuss. He was very flexible when we asked for a minor change (outflow pipe). He and his wife Leisa also restored the decorative stones around the pool (not included in the original quotation).
Steve , his wife Leisa and Steve No.2 from All Pools OZ are a credit as the on-the-ground visible faces of the Classic Pools – its business model, its professionalism and its culture.
So – in addition to the responsiveness that you Josh have exhibited towards us – we have found that what was, for us an initially negative, depressing prospect, an experience that was very positive. We congratulate Classic Pools upon choosing All Pools OZ / Steve Carter as a Classic Pools’ installation agent. Ian & Jo Alcock
“Steve took my calls afterwards, and helped out with great advice.”
“We live in Underwood, and had AllpoolsOz build a pool for us, and excavate so it is in-ground on one side . We have the decking due to be finished in two weeks, which is perfect timing for us to take our little boy swimming in the school holidays. We chose an oval shape 9.5 metres long, with a deep end of 1.8m. We had rebuilt, so the pool went where the old house had stood. We are really happy with Steve Carter and his team. They did a great job, very professional, and Steve didn’t mind taking my calls afterwards, and helping me out with great advice. “
