“We always wanted the Infinity style pool to suit our hill and best utilise the space. Steve from All Pools Oz answered me straight away and stayed in contact, and answered my every question; where others didn’t. We instantly knew from meeting him on day one, that he would be the one to build our pool; and from the get-go, he went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
Steve arranged for us to see some local pools so that we could make a decision on pebble-crete or glass, and on the range of colours. He was very honest on the timeline, but also managed to exceed our expectations each time; starting in mid-July rather than mid-August, and pebble-creting days before we expected.
From start to finish, that is from the dig – to fill; only took 6 weeks and 1 day. My husband and the kids have already been swimming, and our two-year-old daughter loves paddling. We had only just filled the pool, and my husband was working in the garden, and he took a big celebratory bomb dive!
Just looking at the pool makes us happy. We cannot recommend Steve and the All Pools Oz team highly enough, they made everything so easy! Not a single fault or problem, and given that my husband starts his own business this week, and vacations might be few and far between now, we agreed “ let’s do something where home becomes our holiday. “
