“This afternoon Steve Carter and his wife Leisa of All PoolsOZ, finished the repairs/ replacement of the above-ground pool here. He used the replacement parts which Classic Pools supplied at reduced price (under pro rata warranty). We have to compliment Steve, his wife Leisa and another Steve (N. 2) on their professionalism. They were very conscientious and business-like in going about their work.
Steve Carter is exceptionally well-spoken, and courteous and respectful, with great communication skills. Steve was very soothing when he discovered the rails sent were of the wrong size. He reassured us that it could all be fixed and that he would juggle his other jobs and quote-giving commitments, and gave us reasonable timelines as to when he could re-order the water trucks and cement/crusher mix and ultimately finish the job.
He then went to the warehouse to hunt down the correct rails with a minimum of fuss. He was very flexible when we asked for a minor change (outflow pipe). He and his wife Leisa also restored the decorative stones around the pool (not included in the original quotation).
Steve , his wife Leisa and Steve No.2 from All Pools OZ are a credit as the on-the-ground visible faces of the Classic Pools – its business model, its professionalism and its culture.
So – in addition to the responsiveness that you Josh have exhibited towards us – we have found that what was, for us an initially negative, depressing prospect, an experience that was very positive.
